In this position, you will constantly face new, exciting challenges, make a significant difference for many people, and contribute to society.

Your Background

It is advantageous if you have:

  • leadership experience

As a leader, you take responsibility for your mission and provide yourself and your colleagues with good conditions to achieve results. It is important that you have an approach that means you see the whole and can place things in a larger context. You find it easy to make and implement decisions based on available and analyzed information, and you have the ability to see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you are clear in your communication and ensure that your messages reach the right audience and that expectations are clear for all parties.
